What Owners Say
These are the accounts of people who brought their watches to us. We've let them speak plainly — because that's more useful than anything we could write about ourselves.

Client Feedback
"I brought in a 1970s Omega Constellation that had been sitting for years. The written condition report was thorough and honest — they told me clearly what was needed and what wasn't. The repair took about two and a half weeks and the watch now runs within a few seconds a day. Very pleased."

"Brought my grandfather's Seiko from the 1960s for a full restoration. They explained the whole process before starting and checked with me on each decision about the case finishing. The documentation they provided is something I'll keep with the watch. Worth every baht."

"I had an Inspection & Care done on two watches — a Longines and a TAG. The reports were detailed and I appreciated not being pushed toward additional work. One of the watches does need a full service eventually, and they were straightforward about that. I'll be back."

"As a collector, I'm cautious about who I trust with vintage pieces. Bezel Workshop was recommended by someone in an online forum for vintage Rolex, and I can see why. They did not over-polish. They sourced a correct crown. They documented everything. That's all I ask."

"The communication throughout was clear and calm. I asked many questions by email and always received helpful, patient replies. My Breguet came back running beautifully and the seal test had been passed. I would not hesitate to return."

"The repair took a bit longer than I expected due to a part that needed sourcing, but they messaged to explain and I appreciated the update. The watch keeps much better time now. The initial inspection report gave me exactly the information I needed to make a decision."

Case Studies
A Closer Look at Three Watches
Case Study 01
1967 Omega Seamaster — Repair & Rate Adjustment
The Situation
The watch had not been serviced in over twenty years. It was running approximately two minutes fast per day and the crown was stiff. The owner — an architect working in Chiang Mai — had worn it daily for fifteen years and wanted to continue doing so.
The Work
Following an inspection and written quote, the movement was disassembled and cleaned. The mainspring and two worn jewel settings were replaced with period-correct components. The balance was regulated and the keyless work freed and lubricated. Water resistance was tested and renewed.
The Outcome
After two weeks, the watch was returned running within +3 seconds per day, passing a water resistance check. The owner has since worn it without incident. "I didn't expect it to feel so different on the wrist. It winds smoothly again."
Case Study 02
1958 Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox — Full Restoration
The Situation
A collector based in Bangkok brought in a Memovox acquired from an estate sale. It had an incorrect crown, a replacement crystal of the wrong type, and some surface polishing done by a previous workshop that had softened the case edges. The alarm function was not working.
The Work
After a full assessment and detailed consultation, a restoration plan was agreed. Original-specification components were sourced over approximately three weeks. The movement was fully overhauled, the alarm mechanism restored to function, and the case returned to correct angles by hand — without further polishing of original surfaces.
The Outcome
Six weeks total. The watch left with a full written restoration record and photographic documentation of each stage. "I've had it appraised since and the documentation they provided made a meaningful difference to how it was assessed."
Case Study 03
Rolex Datejust — Inspection & Care, No Further Work Recommended
The Situation
A long-term resident brought a Datejust that had been recently serviced by a dealer in Europe. She wanted a second opinion on its condition before deciding whether to have further work done. She was concerned she might be being sold an unnecessary service.
The Work
An Inspection & Care assessment was carried out. The movement was examined and rate-tested across three positions. Water resistance was verified. All seals and the crown were checked. The lubrication appeared fresh and the timing results were within manufacturer tolerance.
The Outcome
The written report recommended no further service at this time, with a suggested review in three to four years. No additional work was performed. "I came in expecting to be upsold. Instead they told me my watch was fine. That's the kind of shop I trust."
