Our Approach to Every Watch
Every watch that comes to us begins in the same place: observation. Before any tools are picked up, the watch is examined under magnification, its condition noted, and its history — as far as we can determine it — considered. This shapes everything that follows.
We do not apply a standard service routine to all watches. A watch that runs well and needs only cleaning and lubrication should receive that, and nothing more. A watch with worn keyless work and a tired mainspring needs those things addressed specifically. A vintage piece with original lacquer on its movement plates should not be cleaned in a way that removes that lacquer.
The result of this approach is that our services are scoped to fit. The three tiers below describe the general level of work involved — but within each, the actual work is tailored to the watch in front of us.
Pre-Work Assessment
Every service begins with a written condition assessment. You receive this before any work is agreed.
Clear Quotation
The quote is presented in writing. No work proceeds until you have agreed to it.
Careful Execution
Work is carried out at the bench with appropriate tools and correctly sourced components.
Post-Service Verification
Rate, amplitude, and water resistance (where applicable) are checked before the watch is returned.

Inspection & Care

Repair & Rate Adjustment
฿20,500For watches that no longer keep good time, this service restores reliable running. Worn parts are replaced with original or matched components, the balance regulated, and water resistance checked and renewed where needed. The work respects the watch's original feel and value.
